To my wicked smart [& silly] J,
You shock me with your smarts. You really do. Sometimes you talk about things I do not teach you. Like when you were 20 months old. Came up to me while I was doing the dishes and you counted to 14 while "helping" me. As if it were no big deal. I had never even thought about teaching you to count up until that moment. Now you are just under 3 years old and can make it to 100 with very little help. I don't think that is average for your age, but I could be mistaken... Today, you completely blew Mommy away. We went to the Arizona Science Center with a bunch of friends. Saw a demonstration. During which, you answered three questions the demonstrator had for the audience. Three questions about air pressure. Wait, what?! Sesame Street may have helped you with your numbers when you were a year and a half. But - correct me if I am wrong - I am pretty sure Sesame Street does not cover concepts such as air pressure and physics... How is Mommy suppose to keep up with you?!
Love,
Mommy
